What is a high-pressure oil pipe?

Manufacturing process of high-pressure oil pipes

1. Mix the inner layer adhesive, middle layer adhesive, and outer layer adhesive according to the formula using a mixer; Extrude the inner oil pipe with an extruder and wrap it on a soft or hard core coated with a release agent (the liquid nitrogen freezing method also does not require a pipe core)

2. The calender presses the middle layer of adhesive into thin sheets, adds blocking agents to roll them up, and cuts them into regular widths according to the process requirements

3. Wrap the inner layer oil pipe containing the pipe core around a copper plated steel wire or copper plated steel wire rope on a wrapping machine or weaving machine, and synchronously wrap the middle layer adhesive sheet between each two layers of copper plated steel wire or copper plated steel wire rope on the wrapping machine or weaving machine. Bind the beginning and end of the wrapping steel wire (some early wrapping machines require pre stressing and shaping of the copper plated steel wire)

4. Wrap the outer layer of adhesive on the extruder again, and then wrap it with a lead or cloth vulcanization protective layer

5. Through vulcanization tank or salt bath vulcanization

6. Finally, remove the vulcanization protection layer, extract the pipe core, buckle the upper pipe joint, and conduct sampling, compaction, and inspection.

4. The application device shall not be less than the planned bending radius of the high-pressure oil pipe.
